Return, Refund & Cancellation policy

Returns

• Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranties included. (Please check our return policy as per product category below)***

 

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Opened Software: Once the packaging has been opened, software cannot be returned.
• Customized Products: Custom-built or personalized electronics are non-returnable.
• Final Sale Items: Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Perishable and Consumable Items: These include items such as batteries, ink cartridges, and other consumables once opened.

 

• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of  4% of the Sale Price may apply to returns of non-defective electronics that have been opened.

 

Refunds

• Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

 

• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned damaged, missing components, or not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error.

 

• Out of Stock: In an event where a refund is needed for a product due to unavailability of stock, it will be refunded back to the customer account based on a decision by Vektra Computers Management Team.

 

 

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order processing begins, and we cannot guarantee cancellation..

 

• How to Cancel: To cancel your order, Please contact the Vektra customer service team via email: hello@vektrapc.com or phonecall: +97158 6911849 within 24hours since placing the order. Provide your order number and any other relevant details.

 

• Late Cancellations: If your cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window, we will do our best to accommodate it. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel. In such cases, you may need to follow our return policy after receiving the item.
